What is your typical turnaround time?

Expect at minimum 3 days turnaround time for a typical rendering. However, in some cases we can issue rendered sketches within 48 hours. It will depend on the style, size, space and level of detail that is required. Please contact us to get a more approximate timeline

How is the rendering process done?

We typically go thru a series of steps throughout the process from initial rendering request to final production:

Step 1 – Send us some information about your project i.e. timeline, quantity, plans, elevations and ff&e selections from which we can determine our fee.  We will provide you with a written quote for approval.

Step 2 – Upon approval, we will collaborate and work with you in nailing down the creative aspects of the project. You will send us specifics from finishes, colors, details of each items that will be captured in the rendering.

Step 3 – We will send you a white massing model with various camera angles for review and approval.

Step 4– We will get to work and send a first draft for input and feedback with all the components gathered in step 2 incorporated into the rendering.  Our renderings are done around 4000px and 250 dpi resolution.

Step 5– We will make revisions and send back updated drawings. We can accommodate multiple minor revisions until we get final approval and will issue the final files.

How much does your renderings cost?

Pricing can range anywhere between $150 to $600. As every project is unique, we tailor the costs of our renderings specific to each project.  Design parameters such as scope of work, complexity of project, number of views required and deadlines all affect pricing.  To get a more accurate estimate, please send us a request so we can provide an offer with no obligation.
